• Flexi Record Facility - Dialog Digital allows the authorized executive to record / terminate recording of the call while the call is in progress without any disruption to the call. Dialog Digital will display a Caller ID notification on every incoming call. This helps recording only the phone calls you want.
• Extensive Analysis of calls received on a daily/hourly basis can be done based on the information that is being stored in the software.
